Dear Sir or Madam,
Should a local authority Pendle be setting up rent to buy in
competition with private landlords using the same letting agents ,
then abusing it powers with no trading standards or ability to
adress issues just using Orders and Council Tax to harrass owners
when they are trying to sell and property empty .
Yours faithfully,
Julie Shrive

Dear Miss Shrive,
Thank you for your email dated 27 May 2009.
Unfortunately the Competition Appeal Tribunal is not the appropriate
body to which your question should be addressed. Your question should be
directed to the Office of Fair Trading (OFT), the UK's consumer and
competition authority. For information, I enclose a link to the OFT's
website: www.oft.gov.uk.

Dear Polly Henson,
I have contacted this Office of Fair Trading many times it is an
advisory call centre that does not want to know using the cheapest
labour told what to do by an accountant's remit. If you are a
Competition Appeal Tribunal you must be linked but you pass on as
if I am the problem . I need the name of an Officer who will assist
DYSPRAXIC , not on a remit in a call centre saying what can't do .
Are there any? Am I paying for this lack of assistance? God help
you if you are elderly or special needs you are left in limbo.
Yours sincerely,
Julie Shrive
