As regards the first part of your question, Derbyshire County Council is a
Commons Registration Authority as per the Commons Act 2006. I've
attached details of Derbyshire's Common Land (including Village Greens).
As regards enquiries / searches for a specific plot of land, we charge a
fee of £14 which is usually done through someone's solicitor using a form
"Con290" addressed to Mrs E Adams, Principal Admin Officer, Derbyshire
County Council, County Hall, Matlock, Derbyshire, DE4 3AG.
As regards the second part of your question concerning use of common land
that would be something you may wish to take independent legal advice
upon.
Once again I am sorry for the delay in replying to you.
Regards,
Steve
