Thank you for your email. We aim to reply to all emails we receive within
five working days.
In the meantime, we will be able to deal with your email more quickly if
you don't send your message to other email addresses at ARB. This creates
delays for us and stops us from dealing promptly with communications we
receive.

Dear Karen,
Thank you for your email. I have reviewed the 4 pages of your
posted reply which I have received today; thank you. Each of those
pages is clearly printed and I cannot see why the material did not
respond well to PDF.
The Ministry of Justice has guidance on the mode of reply – "As
well as hard copy written correspondence, requests that are
transmitted electronically (for example, in emails) are acceptable
... If a request is received by email and no postal address is
given, the email address should be treated as the return address."
In my request I provided only an electronic address for response. I
would be grateful if you would provide the information
electronically in response to this email.
Yours sincerely,
Ian Salisbury
