Dear Employment, Freedom of Information,
While I appreciate the response. I do already have this high level
structure fro the web.
It does not give me the management structure of the people
responsible for responding to license applications and of those
who, once the institute is licensed, will respond to requests for
CAS certificates under the PBS system. I would be grateful to have
these.
Yours sincerely,
ron french

Dear Employment, Freedom of Information, Dear Daniela,
Thank you.
I shall be applying for a Tier 4 license from Canterbury. I
understand the email application is sent to one location (where is
it?) and the inspectors are allocated from another (which office?).
It would be helpful to understand the structure of the organisation
involved in the application process and nice to know the names of
those I might be dealing with.
I look forward to hearing from you, again.
Ron French

Dear Employment, Freedom of Information,
Dear Daniela, Thank you once again. I am puzzled by your last
remark - that the web site erases the UK BA contact details. Can
you explain why and how?
And the two email links you give me do not lead anywhere useful. Is
that part of the same problem?
Thanks for the lead but I am conversant with the process of Tier 4
application. What I am really after is the structure of the teams
and the names of the people with whom I will be needing to
communicate.
If you can do this for me I would be most grateful.
Regards,
Ron French

Dear Employment, Freedom of Information,
I thank for this latest information, which as you have
acknowledged,is less than I had requested and has taken much longer
than is reasonable. It does, however, give me a helpful picture as
to the structure of the organisation with which I am dealing. I am
surprised that the naming of employees holding positions within a
public body is said to be protected under Data Protection
regulations. I suggest it is reasonable for the public to know the
names of the key persons with whom they are dealing, both directly
and indirectly throuh the managemts structure. Nevertheless I will
not press my enquirey further.
With thanks for the information you have felt able to provide.
Yours sincerely,
ron french

I received a letter supposedly from you that i should pay money for a sponsorship license for Tier 2 through western union. Total gas & power said they had offered me a job. Is it true you got communication from them to that effect?
Thanks, its important to me that you clear my doubts.
