UK government intervention in the Feryn case

Dear Sir or Madam,

This is in regard to the case Centrum voor gelijkheid van kansen en
voor racismebestrijding v Firma Feryn NV ('the Feryn case') in the
Court of Justice of the European Communities (Case C-54/07), in
which the United Kingdom Government intervened.

I would like you to provide:

1 any document setting out the reasons for the United Kingdom
Government to submit an observation to the court in such a way, and

2 how much money was spent on this intervention.
