Dear Pembrokeshire Local Health Board,
Under the Freedom of Information Act, please can you provide the
answers to the following questions:
1. What is the total number of dentists in your area who have a
contract with the LHB to provide NHS services? How many practices
is this?
2. Please can I have details of the gross income (for the last
financial years 07/08 and 08/09) of each of the practices within
your LHB area that provide NHS services?
3. Please provide details of how many dentists are employed per
practice.
4. Can I also have the total number of units of dental activity
(UDA) carried out per practice in the last financial years 07/08
and 08/09.
5. Can you also provide me with the current value of UDAs for each
practice within the LHB area
