Dear Sir or Madam,

Can you please email me a summary of any information you hold in
connection with UKBA UASC reform programme.[1] Including details
Author, Publisher, Format (Paper/Electronic)etc

Please also email me a copy of any related information you hold,
from Nicholas Blake QC, in relation to plans to use X-rays to
assess the age of young asylum seekers, some of which has already
been discussed in the Public Domain.[2]

Acceptable disclosure formats:

When providing this information please provide it in the original
format such as:

a. MS Word .doc or Rich Text Text .rtf format or equivalent

b. Plain text .txt format

Dear Sir or Madam,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of
Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of The Children’s
Commissioner's handling of my FOI request 'UASC reform programme "A
medical procedure undertaken without the consent of an individual
is an assault" (Children's Commissioner 18/03/09)'.

As no information has been provided, no acknowledgment of this
request provided, no request for additional time to consider the
request has been requested, no further time for any Public Interest
test has been requested and in summary no reason whatsoever has
been given explaining why the information has not been released.
