Dear UK Border Agency,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of
Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of UK Border Agency's
handling of my FOI request 'UASC costs template, copy of
submissions.'.

No explanation given a to why all the information requested ha not
been provided within 20 working days. Also contrary to your earlier
correspondence, Leicestershire County Council, have indicated they
never submitted any UASC cost templates.

No official templates were produced or sent to UKBA. We therefore
do not hold any information.
