Tynwald Day costs

Please supply a high-level summary of the costs incurred by the
Ministry of Defence in supporting the "Tynwald Day" ceremonial
events on the Isle of Man over the past three years (2009, 2008,
2007), and of any charges for these activities that are passed to
the Isle of Man Government.
