Please can you provide me with the following information under the
Freedom of Information Act 2000?

1) Can you please provide me with all correspondence and
communication between yourselves and Tyne and Wear Anti Fascist
Association (TWAFA) from January 2006 to the present?

2) Can you provide me with TWAFA’s annual accounts (which they need
to submit before they are granted public funds) from January 2006
to the present?

3) Do you provide any funding to TWAFA? If so please provide
details of your funding to TWAFA for the last three years.

4) Do you provide any services to TWAFA? If so please provide
details of the services provided to TWAFA for the last three years.

My request is now overdue a response, as by law you should have
responded by yesterday, 7 December 2009 at the latest.

Please furnish me with a response immediately, at the very least
explaining why there is a delay.
