Dear Sir or Madam,
I request under the Freedom Of Information Act 2000 the following
and would be grateful for your response.
a) a list of Traffic Restriction Orders (TROs) which have been
issued against highways/byways (ie. RUPPs and UCRs) which fall
within the Brecon Breacons National Park Authority borders during
the years 2007 and 2008
b) if any, a list of Traffic Restriction Orders (TROs) which have
been rejected against highways/byways (ie. RUPPs and UCRs) which
fall within the Brecon Breacons National Park Authority borders
during the years 2007 and 2008

Dear Mr Morgan,
I refer to your request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to which I would respond as follows
1. The National Park Authority has not made any permanent traffic restriction orders during the years 2007 and 2008.
2. The National Park Authority has not rejected any traffic restriction orders during the years 2007 and 2008.
Whilst I can only provide the information in relation to the National Park Authority, the boundaries of the following highway authorities include land within the Brecaon Beacons National Park. You may therefore wish to contact them to see if they have made/rejected any of the orders the subject of your request.
Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council
Caerphilly County Borough Council
Carmarthenshire County Borough
Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council
Monmouthshire County Council
Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council
Powys County Council
Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council
Torfaen County Borough Council.
