Dear Sir or Madam,

The current roadworks on Shelford Road, Cambridge have large,
prominent "No Cycling" signs as recorded at
http://www.camcycle.org.uk/map/location/... . Please would you
give details of the TRO under which these signs have been erected?

Yours faithfully,

Frank Lee
