Tree Preservation Orders

London Borough of Barnet

I shall be grateful, if you will provide (within the statutory
timescale of 20 working days) under the Freedom of Information Act
2000 the following information relating to Ann Currell:-
1. Official position within the Council
2. The total number of Planning Applications (in the NW4 area) that
have been referred to Ann Currell or her department formally or
informally within the last 3-years.
3. All file notes; emails, documents etc published and unpublished
relating to the above.
4. All file notes, emails; documents etc published and unpublished
sent between Ann Currell and her department and any Planning
Officers relating to the above.
5. Statistics of how many of the above Planning Applications
(including application numbers) succeeded in the last 3-years that
Ann Currell or her department raised issues on.
6. All copies of TPO (Tree Preservation Orders) covering the NW4
area
7. All information, documents, file notes relating to the Councils
Policy on TPO and the Councils recommended guidance both internal
and public.
8. Information relating to any action taken to protect and enforce
TPO in Barnet in the last 3-years.
9. Information on whether it is within the remit of Ann Currell and
/ or her department to make observations (not relating to trees &
environment matters) on planning issues, in particular the
dimensions of the property.
10. Copy of all file notes, documents, emails generated by Ann
Currell and her department where advice has been given in respect
of Trees and the Environment within NW4 in the last 3-years.
