Mr Davis. My email to you asked for clarification of your request. Until
that clarification is received I am unable to reach a conclusion on how
your email should be handled. If it is a request for recorded information
then it will be a FOI request. If, as written now, it asks about policies,
it may be treated as day to day business. You may find the information you
are looking for on MOJ's website - in particular on our publication
