Corporate Finance have confirmed the following spend against GL code 3619
which has a description of 'interpreter's fees':

I am awaiting information from Adult Learning regarding English language
classes and hope to be able to provide this outstanding information

I have had confirmation from Adults and Community Learning that Surrey
County Council does not provide ESOL (English as second or other language)
classes. We do provide classes for English as a foreign language which
are subject to charge. Please let me know if you require further
information.
