Dear Sir or Madam,

Would you identify if any of the Local Government Ombudsmen ('LGO')
have ever been employed by Trafford Council, and if so if this was
an impediment to them being the Ombudsman with responsibility for
this Council.

If this was not the case would you provide copies of all
documentation maintained by the CLAE or the LGO themselves
identifying why SEEX should cease to be the LGO for Trafford
Council. This should include all domcumentation supplied to the
Crown justifying the decision to exclude Trafford from the office
of SEEX.
