current pay scales min through max of Traffic Officers and Team
Managers(HATOS).

Could you also provide by the same method a copy of the "Traffic
Officers Manual"

Dear Mr Wright,

Thank you for your request for information on Traffic Officer & Team
Manager pay scales along with the Traffic Officers Manual.

In relation to the second request, can I please ask for clarification on
exactly what you are looking for? We refer to the Traffic Officer
Manual as the collective group of on-road / off-road Procedures that our
TOS staff perform whilst carrying out their daily duties. There are over
180 individual Procedures and Guidance Notes which contain the precise
detail for effective incident resolution on the HA Network.

Are these what you want, or perhaps something more HR based?

Dear Mr Wright,

Thank you for clarifying your request for access to the Traffic Officer
Procedures.

These are held on the Highways Agency Intranet, and are normally only
available to Highways Agency staff - consequently any links to our
server sent to people outside the Agency will not work. However, I
can provide a comprehensive copy of these Procedures, which would have to
be on on DVD due to the size of the files. I would also include the
Traffic Officer pay scales that you have asked for. In order for me to
send this to you, could you please provide an address.
