Dear Sir or Madam,
In approximately 2005 the road layout around the Midland railway
station was re-configured.
[1]Please inform me of the assumptions, surveys and calculations
that were done when planning the development, considering the
transfer of passengers to taxis, waiting cars and cars in the new
car park.
[2]Please inform me of any recent traffic studies since, and
whether the projections made in [1] were correct, or how wrong they
were.
Yours faithfully,
S.Smith

Dear S Smith
We do have two documents that were done to calculate the overall impact on
the traffic system, when the masterplan was being prepared. Unfortunately
they are only available as paper copies which will need photocopying and
sending out to you.
If you wish me to proceed, can you confirm and also let me have an address
to which I can post them?
Yours sincerely
