didn’t specify which Care Plan in number 2.
Can we please amend number 2 of the above request to read:

CPR3 category B Child Protection plan on March 31, 2009

I have looked into why this request appears outstanding and can find no record of receiving your request within the authority, however Bolton Council is happy to supply the following information:
Q1 Total actual number of children within your local area as of March 31, 2009

Table LAA1 contains the number of Looked After Children and the Rate for 10,000 population aged 0-17 for all Local Authorities. For Bolton 2009, this would give a figure of 62,142 population aged 0-17.
Q2 Of that total number of children, how many of that total had a Social Service Care Plan on March 31, 2009
