Sir or Madam,

I would like to request some information, under the Freedom of
Information act, regarding the Employment Tribunal cases of:

Strathclyde Police in the Employment Tribunal Cases of:
1) Robin Dixon v Strathclyde Police and, 2) Graeme McCullie v
Strathclyde Police (Case No’s: 120872/2006 & 120894/2006).

Please advise the total financial spend to date on legal costs
defending Strathclyde Police in these Employment Tribunal Cases.
Can you if possible, please provide a breakdown of these costs
which include external representation, representation costs
incurred through use of the force internal legal resources and all
costs relating to administration.
