Dear Sir or Madam,

I would like to know to date, how much the Scottish Parliament
(i.e. Devolution) has cost. Buildings, AMs, Staff, Projects -
everything, but under a generalised header/department, rather than
every minutiae detail.

Similarly, I would like this broken down per year since the
inception.

Finally, if available, I would like the same total costs from 1995
until the MSPs first took their seats. (The years preceding the SP)
