members (both figures) are tenants of the Council;
3) What salary bands (i.e. £10,000 bands) do the Council's staff
occupy that have TLC cards;

information about TLC cards.

There is no provision within the TLC scheme for either Councillors or
members of staff to obtain cards other than by virtue of the fact they
are Council tenants who meet the eligibility criteria.
