Dear UK Border Agency,

According to Settlement Application SET (O) under 10 lawful long
residence for applying ILR Waiting times:

This page contains our service standards covering applications for
settlement in the UK. The service standards explain how quickly we
aim to decide these applications.

The service standards
We will:

â– decide 95% of postal applications within six months;

but do not indicated 5% timeline of postal application fall outside
of six months how long have to wait? please provide timeline
waiting times for 5% applicants who waiting over six months. Thanks

Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of UK Border Agency's
handling of my FOI request 'Timeline of 5% applicants fall outside
6 months waiting times'.

[ please provides a timeframe for remaining 5% of applicants wait
over six months long ]
