Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of
Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Big Lottery Fund's
handling of my FOI request 'Thornbury FM grants'.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is
available on the Internet at this address:

I can not accept that you "have been unable to locate the file for
the grant awarded in 2005". I find the suggestion to be
preposterous. If you pay for an offsite storage facility, then you
should have been able to locate a file for a grant given less than
four years prior to by application.
