From: Adrian

5 February 2010

Dear Royal Mail Group,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of
Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Royal Mail Group's
handling of my FOI request 'Thefts'.

I do not accept that this should be refused. I believe many of the
details I require can be provided without compromising the Act.

I do not require individuals to be identified and believe redacted
- or at least overall statistics - could be released.

Furthermore, I believe Royal Mail has failed in its duty to
"provide advice and assistance" to those requesting information.

I expect Royal Mail to state what it could release or what may be
possible to release, rather than just applying the 'personal
information' exemption to everything.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is
available on the Internet at this address:
http://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/th...

Yours faithfully,

Adrian
