1. a list of Jewish individuals who either work for, or are
associated with the General Medical Council. Please also provide a
list of Jewish donors to the General Medical Council

2. FOI about complaints made against Jewish GMC members of staff

3. The number and details of GMC panels where openly Zionist GMC
member Ralph Bergmann has adjudicated over Muslim doctors

4. A declaration of the conflicts of interest of the GMC's new
Jewish chairman Peter Rubin especially in relation to the proposed
"license to practice" the issue of which which Rubin is known to
abuse against Muslim doctors.

5. A declaration of the conflicts of interest of The General
Medical Council with the Israel lobby and the Board of deputies

6. FOI about GMC's investigations against Muslim doctors for
exposing persecution and discrimination by the GMC's Jewish members
of staff

7. FOI about Complaints against the level of education and mental
stability of Mr Finlay Scott, Chief Executive of the GMC and Mr
Paul Philip, Deputy Chief Executive of the GMC respectively .

considered under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA). You asked to
be provided with several items of information and I will deal with each of

the religious beliefs of staff members or associates.

total number of fitness to practise panel hearings Mr Ralph Bergman has
sat on. However we cannot break this down further because we do not
collect information about a doctor's religion or beliefs.

entry for the Chairman, Peter Rubin.

Dear Sir/Madam

Please accept my sincere apologies for the lengthy delay in responding to
you on this matter.

I have now had the opportunity to consider both your request received on
21 June 2009 and the subsequent response provided by my colleague Noela
Almeida on 20 July 2009. I will not list out your questuions again;
suffice to state that Ms Almeida advised that we did not hold information
in relation to six of your seven questions and provided you with a link to
a section of our website in rsponse to the remaining question.

Having reviewed this, I am satisfied that the original response was
correct and that we do not hold any of the information that you originally
requested. As Ms Almeida explained we do not hold records of the religious
beliefs of our staff members or associates and are therefore not able to
identify the specific information requested.
