Dear Caseley, John,
Thankyou for providing me with information relating to the
membership and minutes of the meetings held so far of the CHaIRS
group. I will however be pursuing a seperate FOI request concerning
whether the redacted sections contain information relating to
Rattlechain Mere and white phosphorus poisoning of wildfowl which I
was told by the VLA was raised as an issue at at least one meeting,
has now been proven to have occured and is in the public demain
already. As there is no mention of this topic in any of the none
redated information, I can only assume that it has been redacted,
and I therefore have to question why this is the case?
Yours sincerely,
Mr Carroll
