Dear Sir or Madam,
Following the earlier Freedom of Information request below

I was informed that the information held by Communities and Local
Government (CLG) is that the compliance for 2006-2007 and 2007-2008
was 100%, and that this information was supplied to CLG by the LGO.
You also suggested that I contact the Local Government Ombudsman as
to the source of the information.
As suggested in your response I submitted a Freedom of Information
request to the LGO.

They assure me that the statistics they provided to your office
clearly shows that the compliance rates were not 100%.
Therefore, I would like a copy of any and all
documentation/information/meeting notes used by yourselves when
constructing the misleading dossier that Number 10 eventually based
their response to Wilma Wright's petition on.

their compliance rates were 100% and if not why not?
