Dear Sir or Madam,

I would like to request a complete list of suppliers/contractors
and consultants that have been used over the past year when
procuring IT Software and the total spend on IT Software during the
past financial year. Also could you break this Software spend down
to show which department uses which application. Could you also
please list all applications that are used by the trust in all
departments.

Please also provide details of IT Contracts Managers and any
person(s) involved in IT Software procurement.
