Hi David

The information you have requested covers so many different areas that to
answer it would exceed the appropriate cost/time limit, however i invite
you to clarify your questions to be more specific to what you need.

1)I would like to request a complete list of suppliers/contractors and
consultants that have been used over the past year when procuring IT
Software
Are you interested in a particular area, new, existing or
clinical/non-clinical??

2)The total spend on IT Software during the past financial year.
Is this to include maintanence on existing software, just new
software, clinical/ non clinical???

3)Also could you break this Software spend down to show which department
uses which application.
Are you interested i particular departments

4)Could you also please list all applications that are used by the trust
in all departments.
Again are you interested in particular departments

5)Please also provide details of IT Contracts Managers and and person(s)
involved in IT Software procurement.
The Trust does not know who is involved in the contracts as they are
procured centrally and regionally for NHS.
