Why is there a delay in my FOI request.

Despite the claim that EBC does hold this information, the only information that has been given is the cost of replacing some stage speakers.

I have no details for the cost of the 35mm Projection Equipment or the cost of the Dolby Processing System.

I have called the FOI officer to express my concerns and have advised EBC that I will be asking the Head of Legal Service for a full review of my FOI request.

This request is still open.

Dear Richard,

I am writing to request an internal review of Eastleigh Borough
Council's handling of my FOI request 'The Point Film
Presentations'.

My FOI request was very clear as to what information I wished to
have disclosed to me, sadly all I received was a invoice for a pair
of Stage Speakers.

This request was very late being replied to and beyond the 20
working day limit yet did not provide the requested information.

Please could you review my request and I ask again for this
information to be disclosed under the FOI Act.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is
available on the Internet at this address:

Yours faithfully,

Matthew S Myatt
