I refer to your request for information relating to the number penalty charge notices (PCNs) on Putney High Street, received on 8th April 2008.
Please see the information in response to your questions provided below :-
The enforcement of this yellow box junction at Norroy Road and Disraeli Road commenced on 23rd November 2007.
For the period of the 1/4/2007 to the 1/4/2008 there have been a total of 504 PCNs issued for the box junction. For the period, of the 504 PCNs issued, only 365 PCN's have been paid to the Council
