The most dangerous roads for cyclists in Cardiff

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to enquire about the most dangerous routes for
cyclists in Cardiff. I am looking in particular at roads riddled
with potholes, which pose an increased danger to cyclists. I am
hoping to build a picture of the danger spots for cyclists to avoid
in the city.

I would like to know to following, or have the following data
revealed for analysis:

a) Which roads have the most potholes in Cardiff city (this can be
broken down by ward level).
b) Data showing road accidents where cyclists have been injured as
a direct result of potholes (again, by ward level).
c) A list of accidents for the last year where the cyclist has been
injured or killed and the cause of the accident.
d) Which potholes the council are currently repairing, and how many
have been filled in the city in the last year.
e) How the council plans to make roads safer for cyclists in the
future.

I would be grateful if you could find some, if not all, of this
information.
