Dear Architects Registration Board,

I refer to the first page of the Appendix to Agendum 8 of the Board
Agenda for 21 January 2010. There, one of the Board's "basic
functions" is described as "prescribing – or 'recognising' – the
qualifications needed to become an architect".

Please identify any other document created by the Board which
describes or interprets "prescribing" as being "recognising".
Please include in your identification the use of any other variant
of the verb "to prescribe" or the noun "prescription".

Please identify and provide a copy of the authority used to justify
the use of the interpretation of "prescribing" as being
"recognising" in this Agendum.
