Dear Sir or Madam,
"The Jobcentre Plus Disability and Gender Equality Schemes and Race
Equality Scheme Progress Report"
The DWP Managers Update for December 2006 identifies this document;
" Diversity
On 1 December, Lesley Strathie launched the Jobcentre Plus Equality
Schemes. Diversity legislation requires us to take action to tackle
inequality and promote equality. The Jobcentre Plus Disability and
Gender Equality Schemes and Race Equality Scheme Progress Report
describes what we are doing to promote equality for both our people
and our customers.
We all need to accept ownership, responsibility, and accountability
for the diversity agenda. ‘The Diversity Challenge’ will be issued
to help us closely examine key areas of the service we provide to
ensure that they support the new legislation. For more about
diversity see Partnerships Division - Diversity intranet site"
Could you please provide a full copy and any subsequent updates by
return.
Please provide the documents in Acrobat Pdf Format.
Yours faithfully,

Dear DWP Adelphi Freedom-of-Information-Request,
"The Jobcentre Plus Disability and Gender Equality Schemes and Race
Equality Scheme Progress Report"
This document has been requested under my originating FOI Request
made 02 may 2009.
Your response, whilst impressive and lengthy, has failed to provide
a copy of the requested document - even when you were provided with
additional DWP sources and References made to the Document by The
Ex Chief Executive of Job Centre Plus, Leslie Strathie.
Could you please provide a copy of the document that was requested.
This is not a new FOI request, but clarification of the failure to
provide a relevant response to the original request.
This in not a request for Internal Review - it is a request that
you comply with the original FOI Request - Promptly.
Yours sincerely,
white.mark.a
