Thank you for your most recent e-mail to my colleague and your subsequent e-mail to Customer Services expressing your dissatisfaction with the manner in which your enquiry was handled. This is of concern to me and, as a result, I have investigated the original enquiry and consider that the delay was in excess of the time scales allowed.
