Under the Freedom of Information Act, I would like:

- To obtain a copy of the licence granted by the Ordnance Survey to
the Royal Mail allowing the Address Management Unit to include
Ordnance Survey data in your Postzon product;

- To know the annual fee charged by Ordnance Survey for this
licence.

Even if they're not prepared to disclose monetary amounts, I would have thought it would be very much in the public interest to know what sort or license / license terms are in force.

With an undisclosed cost, this would be of little commercial hinderence to Royal Mail, but knowing what sort of licence has been issued would greatly inform the public about the relationship between the OS and RM in the supply of the data.
