Tender Presentations for Young People's Drug Service Haringey;Feb 2007
A Freedom of Information request to Haringey Borough Council by S.P. Boyton
The request was partially successful.
S.P. Boyton
27 April 2008
Dear Sir or Madam,
Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I am requesting the names of the companies and organisations shortlisted in the competitive tendering process for the Haringey Young People's Drug Service in 2006/2007 (February 2007.) I wish to know who the relative interviewers were (names and occupations) stated clearly in relation to each bid, so that it is apparent who sat and heard each competitive presentation for the said service and at which time and date that they did so.
I also wish to have the marking criterion for the presentations, as well as the scores, marks, and results awarded or allocated each presenting tender and a breakdown of the awards given such that it is clear who awarded what to whom.
I look forward to a speedy reply.
Yours faithfully,
Simon Boyton

Dear Mr Boyton.
Thank you for your e-mail below in which you request the following
information:
1. The scoring from the panel
The overall score each applicant received has been provided to you. As
explained in our previous response, the overall score was awarded by the
panel and incorporated the scores awarded by the specialist evaluators.
It was a Panel decision. There is no requirement for the service to
retain the individual workings of each panellist and no reason for us to
have done so; therefore this information is not held by us.
2. Dates
As previously advised, the presentations were made to the Panel on 5 and
6 February 2007.
3. Notes on methodology in relation to each presentation and each
marker.
We used the same methodology for assessing all presentations. The
criteria used has been provided to you in our previous response in
Appendix A, and as advised above, we do not hold the information
requested in relation to each marker.
I hope this addresses your request.
If you are unhappy with how we have dealt with your request and wish to
make a complaint, please contact the Feedback and Information Team as
