Dear Derbyshire County Council,
I believe that Tenders are won on a "Best Value" principal. I would
like to know how often the lowest bidder is awarded a council
contract? Please could you supply me with a list of Tenders
containing the highest bid, the lowest bid and the winning bid?
I understand that names of companies will need to be removed so
that commercially sensitive information will not be contained
within the report.
Yours faithfully,
David Moore

specific period, or Tenders relating to a specific type of matter.
Once we have received clarification from you, we will continue to process
your request.
Yours sincerely,
Liz Tingle
