Dear Thanet District Council,

I would like to know the following information,

1 How many Hackney Carriages are there in your area?

2 How many private hire are there?

3 What licence do contract hire have to have?

4 Is there a limit on taxi numbers?

5 How many adults are there in in the Borough?

6 Have you carried out a survey to establish the number of Taxis
your area needs?

7 If so who carried out the survey, when was it carried out and by
who and how much did it cost?

8 Do you allow Taxis into the bus lanes in your borough?

relating to the numbers of Private Hire Vehicles and Hackney Carriages
licensed in Thanet, details of surveys carried out relating to taxis,
together with the cost thereof, and useage of bus lanes by taxis.
