The request was refused by HM Revenue and Customs.

Dear Sir or Madam,
as i understand all taxes are payable by a person and as i
understand it there are many definitions for person in law
dictionaries and as i understand that the taxation documents which
are written out are done by members of the bar whom use these
dictionaries!

under the freedom of information i would like to see the terms
which mean on a living breathing human has to pay these taxes and
fee's and fines as i cannot find where it defines between
companies/body corporate/artificial humans/artificial person/s/and
living breathing humans in the taxation documents and revenue
documents!

also do living breathing humans the term i use as person/s have to
pay taxes?as i cant seem to find the law which states non payment
of taxes is a criminal offense as there is no harm to another
living breathing person no breach of the peace either and no living
breathing person is injured

Yours faithfully,

mark-william:baker

Dear Mr Baker,

Thank you for your request in which you asked to see:-

"the terms which mean on a living breathing human has to pay these taxes
and fee's and fines"

You asked because you said you couldn't find "where it defines between
companies/body corporate/artificial humans/artificial person/s/and living
breathing humans in the taxation documents and revenue documents" and you
said you understood "there are many definitions for person in law
dictionaries and as i understand that the taxation documents which are
written out are done by members of the bar whom use these dictionaries"

I am answering under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).
On a strict interpretation of your request, HMRC does not have an existing
document which specifically records or refers to `a living breathing
human' so the information is not held.

However we do hold information about what is defined as a `person' for the
purposes of the Taxes Acts but, as this information is reasonably
available to you by other means, it is exempt because of section 21(1)
FOIA. For example HMRC has already answered similar requests made via the
`whatdotheyknow website' by referring to our published guidance. These
are links to those replies:-

If you are not happy with this reply you may request a review by writing
to HMRC FOI Team, Room 4/52, 100 Parliament Street London SWIA 2BQ or by
e-mail to [4][email address] You must request a review within
2 months of the date of this letter. It would assist our review if you set
out which aspects of the reply concern you and why you are dissatisfied.

If you are not content with the outcome of an internal review, you may
apply directly to the Information Commissioner for a decision. The
Information Commissioner will not usually consider a case unless you have
exhausted the internal review procedure provided by HMRC. He can be
contacted at The Information Commissioner's Office, Wycliffe House, Water
Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire SK9 5AF.

Dear Sharpe, John (G&S),
the first link didnt work and the others im not sure where the
relevance is except backing up the fact that there is no common law
for a living breathing person as apposed to the fictional
person.ive searched through your sites and quite frankly if its not
simple to find then im not prepared to follow this white rabbit
hunt!if the government wont be honest and truthful with me in plain
simple english then i wont go by the governments rules because
quite frankly they're being dishonest using the law society
language or legalese!also going by the political lexicon 2008 seems
like its just another screwy language they're trying to trick
people with!

if it means i will end up in court or prison for the deciet that
the government use then i guess thats whats going to have to
happen!im not a number or a pound sign and considering its us the
public paying your wages id of thought it would of been the least
that could be done is tell us the truth in a language we understand
instead of the decietful way thats being used!

Yours sincerely,

mark-william:baker
