Dear Sir or Madam,

Please can you supply information relating to surveys and
questionnaires directed at and completed by Support Staff within
Cleveland Police over the last 5 years, specifically: -

•The title and description of the survey/questionnaire, •The dates
the surveys/questionnaires were conducted, •The staff grouping the
survey was targeted at (e.g. All Staff, HR Staff, BCU Staff etc),
•The name of the role/position, organisation, agency, group or
department on
whose behalf the survey/questionnaire was conducted, •The full list
of questions posed/asked, •The corresponding total values of
responses to
each question, •Which survey/questionnaire results were published
to support staff and which were not?

Your response should be in the form of a reply by email, with the
copy document(s) attached in any standard digital format.

Enquiry Ref : 2009/1714

I enclose our response to your request for information dated 03 June 2009 concerning Please can you supply information relating to surveys and
questionnaires directed at and completed by Support Staff within
Cleveland Police over the last 5 years,

For the period in question from your request I have only been able to find one set of questionnaire and survey still recorded by Cleveland police.

The title & description of the survey is the work related stress Audit undertaken using the Health & Safety Executive's guidance on the Stress Management Standards and data analysis package - available to all upon their website (hse.gov.uk/stress/standards)

Dates undertaken: date commenced August 05 and return analysis up until August 2006.

All staff groups Police Officers and Police Staff within 9 units targeted.

Units/areas audited:

Training

Hartlepool District

Road Policing Unit

Communications Centre

Langbaurgh District

Finance & Commissioning

Crime Directorate

Operational Support

Human Resources

Occupational Health Department undertook the audit on behalf of the Organisation.

The questions posed are on an attached documents in 2 parts.

Organisational analysis information is attached

There were no results published to members of staff as the survey was used to develop an Organisational work related stress risk assessment and this was provided to each of the above units that had taken part in the audit for action and implementation.

If you are not satisfied with this response or any actions taken in dealing with your request you have the right to request that we review your case under our review procedure. If you decide to request that such a review is undertaken and following this process you are still dissatisfied you then have the right to direct your complaint to the Information Commissioner for consideration.
