Dear Mr. Braithwaite
Thank you for your Freedom of Information request dated 10 November 2009 in which you asked for information regarding surveys of Island Road, Sturry.

We have no record of surveys done on Island Road prior to those for which we have Office Page Graphics as explained in request-22954-83d692e.
The three Land Registry manual surveys referred to in our earlier reply which were conducted on 8/6/2006, 4/12/2006 and 5/3/2007 have the following references respectively
· K902270 / CBDC47E / 31 / T/P
· K32705 / Z133WBH / 165 / DLG
· K916694 / CBDFCD6 / 213 / T/P

Under section 21 of the Act, we are not required to provide information in response to a request if it is already reasonably accessible. The information relating to the surveys is available under the Land Registration Act 2002 and Land Registration Rules 2003.
