Thank you for your request of 9 October 2009 in which you asked for the
following information:

[Please supply a list of all Oxfordshire County Council Sure Start
Childrens Centres.

Are these run privately or council controlled?

If council controlled under which department do they fall?

Are these run for profit, if council controlled supply the
accounts?

What are the policies in place and who created these?

What services do these centres provide?

How many children on a yearly basis do these centres cater for in
each area?

Your request is being considered and Oxfordshire County Council will
respond as soon as possible within the next 20 working days in compliance
with the Freedom of Information Act 2000. This means that the council
will send a response to you by 6 November 2009.

 
There may be a fee payable for this information. You will be informed if
this is the case and you can decide if you wish to proceed with your
request.

 
If appropriate, the information requested can be made available in
alternative formats, including other languages, Braille, large print, and
audiocassette. If you require any of these formats then please let me

Thank you for your correspondence received on 9 October in which you
requested the following information:

Please supply a list of all Oxfordshire County Council Sure Start

Childrens Centres.

Are these run privately or council controlled?

If council controlled under which department do they fall?

Are these run for profit, if council controlled supply the

accounts?

What are the policies in place and who created these?

What services do these centres provide?

How many children on a yearly basis do these centres cater for in

each area?

To help the council meet your request please could you clarify what you
mean by 'accounts' and what information you are seeking in this respect,
for example does your request refer to the childcare service provided by
some children's centres or the children's centre as a whole?

Please note if we do not receive further clarification from you in
relation to this request by 22 January 2010 the council will consider your
request closed.

Once we have these details your enquiry will be considered and you will
receive the information requested, unless an exemption applies.

If appropriate, the information requested can be made available in
