From: Matt Wardman

Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to request details of a decision with respect to
Westminster Council's potential involvement with, and support for,
the Street Pastors project:
I believe that a proposal to support the project was recently made
and then withdrawn after representations.
Please would you supply me the following information, relating to
the Street Pastors project and the Ascension Trust:
* A copy of the original proposal, and any related information.
* Details of the consultation undertaken with respect to this
proposal.
* Copies of representations made internally within the Council, and
externally, including those made by or on behalf of the Unison
Trade Union and its officers, and by external individuals or
organisations.
* A copy of the report or document showing the analysis and outcome
of the evaluation of the proposal.
If it is necessary to redact the names of individuals for any
purpose, that is acceptable; I am interested in the substance of
material rather than the individuals submitting.
I am particularly interested in the recent decision to withdraw a
proposal had been made to support the project, but I request that
you also supply information relating to any previous proposals
within the calenday years 2008 and 2009.
If FOI requests of a similar nature have already been asked could
you please include your responses to those requests.
I would ask that you release any available data as soon as possible
rather than wait for all available data to be collated before
sending me an answer. I would also be grateful if you could confirm
in writing that you have received this request via this website,
and I look forward to hearing from you within the 20-working day
statutory time period.
Regards,
Matt Wardman
Westminster City Council
