Supply Spend

Louise Gibson made this Freedom of Information request to Bristol City Council

The request was successful.

From: Louise Gibson

9 August 2010

Dear Bristol City Council,

I am interested in the amounts paid by each of the following
Children's Centres in Bristol Local Education Authority to third
parties in relation to Agency Supply- temporary staffing cover:

Lockleaze Early Years Centre
Southmead Childrens Centre
Seamills Children's Centre
Horfield Children's Centre
St Anne's Park Children's Centre
Freshways Children's Centre
Barton Hill Children's Centre
Four Acres Children's Centre
Compass Point Children's Centre
Oldbury Court Children's Centre
Alexandra Park Children's Centre
Footprints Children's Centre
Easton Community Children's Centre
Brentry and Henbury Children's Centre

My hope is to receive an electronic breakdown of amounts paid by
from the Consistent Financial Reporting System for each school. The
specific CFR codes I would like to examine are "CFR02 - Supply
Teachers" and "CFR26 - Agency Supply Staff"

Example:
School Name |CFR02 |CFR26
XYZPrimary |£20'000 |£20'000

Notes:
1. I would like the information in electronic format (and if
possible, in Excel to assist with calculations). This should avoid
any printing cost issues.
2. The information I require for each school is: School Name; and
total amount paid to third parties in the procurement of agency
supply teachers and support staff.

3. if it is also possible, please could the spend be broken down by
schools.
4. I would like the information to cover the years 2008/2009 tax
year, and 2009/10 tax year.

Your assistance with this request is greatly appreciated.

Yours faithfully,

Louise Gibson

Dear Ms Gibson,
Thank you for your request dated 9 August, a copy of which is enclosed

Please note that Children's Centres do not use CFR as a reporting

to fulfill the requirement as best we can.
