Dear Sir or Madam,
Please provide a list of the government departments which have held
the responsibility for the supervision of the local authorities
collection of NNDR (Business Rates) and the relevant dates of their
involvement. I understand that the supervisory responsibility
currently rests with the DCLG but this is a recently formed
department and I am wondering who was responsible before them.
Please go back to 1988 which is the date of the statute governing
NNDR.
Yours faithfully,
Chris Plater
