Subject: Request for information regarding school admission appeals re The
Deepings School, Peterborough

Thank you for your recent request for information received by this office
on 17 March 2010. Your request is being dealt with under the terms of the
Freedom of Information Act 2000.

Your request will be handled by the Childrens Services Directorate. We
will aim to respond to your request, notifying you whether or not the
information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council and
communicating that information to you (provided that the information is
not exempt under the terms of the Act), within 20 working days from the
day after your request was received.

We may reasonably require further information from you in order to
identify and locate the information requested. If this is the case we will
contact you in due course.

I am writing regarding your information request which was received on 17
March 2010. In that request you asked Lincolnshire County Council
for information regarding school admission appeals re The Deepings School,
Peterborough.

The Childrens Services Directorate requires further clarification from you
to help identify and accurately locate the requested information.
Consequently, I will not be able to take this matter any further without
the extra information from you. In particular it would be useful if you
could confirm that the information you are interested in is the numbers of
appeals heard last year and the outcomes of these appeals at The Deepings
School.

Your request is now on hold. The 20 working days allowed for us to respond
to the request will resume from the date we receive further clarification
from you. Unless we receive additional clarification from you within three
months Lincolnshire County Council will consider this matter closed.
