As set out in our response of 9 June 2009 (reference RFI20090805) the
information that you have requested falls outside of the scope of the
Freedom of Information Act 2000. As such we are not obliged to supply
information held for the purposes of creating the BBC's output or
information that supports and is closely associated with these creative
