Dear Sir or Madam,

1. What will be the total cost of the Student Lifecycle Project to
31st of December 2008 and the breakdown of this cost? Please
include travel expenses.

2. What is the estimated total cost of the Student Lifecycle
Project to 31st of December 2008 taking into consideration the
number of staff involved in attending presentations, meetings etc?
E.g. total attendees hours grouped by academic/service grade.

3. What will be the estimated gain in fees from the increase in the
number of students enrolling as a result of implementing the new
system?

4. Please supply a list of the projects which have missed out on
funding as a result of the Student Lifecycle Project?

5. Which group of individuals act as "checks and balances" to
ensure that the university's aims are met?
a. Will they sign the "project" off?
b. If not who signs the "project" off?

6. Did the present Principal, Sir Muir Russell, have any decision
in initiating the project? What was his contribution?
